Hi Guys,
I am Kevin, middle aged ha ha, and have been playing guitar for about 35 years on on a semi professional level. I have two acoustic guitars: a Cort nylon and a Walden steel string, an entry level bass guitar and three electrics: a Fender tele deluxe; a Tokai strat and a Tokai les paul. I have a Fender Hot Rod amp and a bunch of Stomp pedals that I play through when I do live gigs and at home I jam through the computer on a Line 6 Guitarport. I have played in a few bands in the past doing mostly blues and classic rock stuff. I enjoy most Genre's of music, but I am afraid to say that HipHop and Rap styles are a bit beyond me. When i was much younger (so much younger than today) and starting out on guitar there was very little in the way of tutoring and forums like this one and so as a result progress was, for me, a bit slow, so it is fantastic these days to see the wealth of information available on all the various platforms out there. No longer do we need to ask if 'there's anybody out there'!
