Vintage 30 where to get??

Where can i get the vintage 30. I'm looking for the one with the "gold" coating,that is on celestions website,not the silver coating one,as i've heard and read this is a chinese make. Marshallmusic don't bring them in anymore.

Hi Gonzo, I think we have discussed this recently by email.

Just to clear things up for others who may be interested the Gold finish Vintage 30 on the Celestion website is exactly the one we bring in to the country. It is manufactured in China at Celestion's own factory using exactly the same materials and components as the original units built in the UK over 10 years ago.

I personally have never seen a Vintage 30 with the silver finish basket although over the years various different finishes have been used so anything is possible.

Marshall Music by the way have never been the importers.
