Mini Challenge (Mid August Madness) - Anyone keen?

Wondering if anyone is keen on another mini challenge this month?

If so, say "yeahhhhh" and -if inspired- suggest a topic?

My topic suggestion : Cover a nursery rhyme and make it cool OR write your own nursery rhyme. One instrument track - though you can add a vocal track. 30secs or less.

The nursery rhyme idea is good. Lots of room for interpretation and on topic with the whole writing licks like vocal melodies discussion thats been going on.

Exactly my thinking. Also I'm thinking the majority of the tunes we'd cover/re-interpret would be in the public domain. E.g Old McDonald is, but Happy Birthday isn't. It's easy enough to check on wikipedia - if it's < 1923 (US published), it's likely safe to cover. Though Adrian is the specialist on this topic!
