Hi everyone, are there any good sites on teaching to you to shred on guitar? I'm really interested, but there is so much stuff out there, it's easy to get confused as to what is really worthwhile or not.

I've heard good things about the Paul Gilbert instructional videos. By now you could probably find the full length versions on youtube. A while back I had a Shaun Lane instructional DVD that was just amazing. I don't know of any websites.
