Looks like he got burned pretty badly by a dealer selling a Dumble and some other stuff on his behalf. The dealer sold the gear but never paid over the proceeds and when confronted about it declared bankruptcy.

Ouch... The article reckons he lost some $340 000.00 to this sheister. ☹ $160 000.00 for the Dumble, $120 000.00 for a Two Rock amp and cab and $60 000.00 for a SRV Strat the dude sold on his behalf.

That's a bummer indeed. He shouldn't have been selling the Dumble anyway... I mean, what do you get to replace that?

If I had a dumble... I would probably own a house aswell hahah but seriously why would you trust somebody with consignment stock of that calibre....

I knew Dumble's were valuable, but $160 000???
