Collaborative Studio Space (cape town)

Hi guys ?

I am in need of a studio space in Cape Town to work just a few days a week (if that) to do basic voice and some other recordings....

I work out from home - but i really need a space in which to record voice overs and liase with clients ... a semi pro looking room that doesn't have last week's socks lying on the floor! ?

So is anyone keen to do a studio share this year who is in a similar position?
I have some budget - and I am wiling to contribute rent, setup and treat a room and have very decent gear to go in it, it would be cool to get some people on board we can have a collaborative space that suits everyone's needs

Or alternatively does anyone have a space currently that they are not using full time that they want someone to help contribute to the rent space?

As i said, its gonna be like 1 or 2 days a week in which i need o do some recording or mixing or client sit ins... the rest of my work i will handle from home

let me know if anyone is keen or i you have some advice or contacts for me!

I've thought about this in the past, think it's a great idea if you find the right people. Unfortunately I don't do nearly enough in my home studio to justify taking part right now. ☹
Would be interesting to see some figures to see what each party would need to contribute if there were 2/3/4 people.
