Finally got my SG... And what an SG it is

Hey guys!

So I went to Cape Town for my vacation and made the expensive mistake of visiting Marshall music Cape Town... I saw the new 2015 Gibson's we've all been complaining about... And then I saw the most beautiful guitar I have ever seen. Its a Gibson Diablo SG premium plus in Manhattan midnight. 24 frets and Burstbucker pros on a AAA maple top with a single volume and tone knob and the jack in the right place. The tone is absolutely to die for. I started feeling drunk when I played it from sheer intoxication from this sublime instrument.

2 restless nights later I decided to pull the trigger.

They will send up the guitar to Joburg for me, so I should receive it early next week... Then there will be photos!!

It is a very nice SG. Last time I was in the store it had a surprisingly low asking price too.

It cost more than 6k less than the 2015 SG standard. Which probably isn't saying much... Except that the 2015 Gibson's are overpriced. But it was still a very nice price (considering)

With a tasty hard case that smells like vanilla nitrocellulose

I do believe that this is the most beautiful guitar I have ever seen with my own two eyes.
Plugged it into my H&K Triamp -> Orange PPC212 (Vintage 30's) and I melted the faces off of the neighborhood
