Michael Kelly and G&L guitars

Has anyone had any experience with either of these two brands?

I've been wanting a G&L for awhile now, but recently been offered an MK Patriot Vintage in a trade for my '71 Ibanez.

I haven't seen or played an MK before but they seem to get great reviews all around, I like the guitar but not sure if its worth a trade?

Also haven't played a G&L as yet but also seem to be pretty reputable. Don't see these for sale often around here.

American G&L's seem to have consistently better quality and value than US Fenders from the 5 or so that I've played. They were Leo's final designs and ideas after all.

Turnkey music supplies G&L's.

I don't know much about Michael Kelly's.
