Yes, You can get chrome covers for pickups. I've seen Migty Mite (I think) covers in Bothners and a variety of covers are available online from places like
Guitar Jones for $10 ea. You'll need to know the string spacing for both to order the right ones though.
To fix them on, you need a hefty soldering iron (60W or better) but NOT a soldering gun, BTW.
