Hi Guys,
After changing my strings on my Ibanez RGA32 i am getting buzz on a couple of my frets.
I am not sure what size strings were on before, but now
i had put 11/49's which are smaller than the previous ones.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you're sure these strings are lighter gauge than the previous ones, there's your problem. As the string gauge gets heavier, they exert more tension on the neck, pulling more relief into it. What's happened in your case is that the guitar was set up for heavier strings, and the new strings are exerting less tension, thus the neck has "flattened out."
Basically the truss rod needs adjustment, which means you'll probably need to set it up completely (intonation at the bridge, etc). If you're handy with an alan key and a screwdriver, you can do this yourself, alternatively take it to your closest music shop, they should be able to do it for you as long as there's nothing unexpected wrong with the guitar...
