joealien22 Has anybody played one of these? What are they like? Is there any sound degradation/lag/other issues? I can't find much online, and would have more trust in what GFSA forumites have to say. I am looking at getting a looper pedal (2-3k max) and I have been looking at the Lil Looper, Ditto and Jamman ExpressXT or Jamman Solo XT. What I like about the VOX is the option to have 2 individual loops recorded - the effects options don't really grab my attention at all. The Ditto I like the simplicty, and the sound and build quality appears (youtube and reviews) to be fairly good, same as with the Jamman ExpressXT. I didn't think I wanted the option to be able to save loops, but I am starting to feel that it might be useful to me - enter the Jamman SoloXT. I am now thoroughly confused as to which option would be better. I am slightly leaning towards the VOX Lil' Looper, however the lack of trustable info is stopping me. So I open the floor to comments. Anyone have any advice to give?
Attila The Boss RC range seems to be the surefire way to go. For example; RC-3 * Compact and powerful stereo stompbox looper * Massive internal memory with up to three hours of stereo recording time * 99 onboard memories for storing loops * USB 2.0 port allows you to connect to a PC and import/export WAV audio * Rhythm guide with 10 real drums tune to taste They come around second hand +- R1500, Give Joe Moore a shout he should be changing his pedals for a new spring collection round about now ? Just Jokes Joe !!!

Keira-WitherKay yes another huge shout out in support for the RC3 Boss looper.... i have one and having a huge memory(3 hours of loop time) is awesome and a feature you don't think you'll need till you work with it ......and yes a bit fiddly at times but if you RTFM (read the F...ing manual) it's easy even for technologically challenged muso's like me....
joealien22 Thanks so much for all the advise. After many...many hours of googling and youtube videos it has come down to either the RC-3 or the Jamman SoloXt. For me, at the moment the SoloXT has some additional benefits which are grabbing me (such as the reverse loop option, and the ability to link to another XT pedal at a later stage). However, I am still undecided and I think it will probably come down to availability and price in the end. Thanks again. Appreciate the help ?
AlanRatcliffe +1 on the Boss loopers. The Boss stuff generally is easy to use and the features on the loopers are well thought out. Nothing against Vox - they generally do good stuff too - it's just by the time they came on the market I think Boss and Digitech had the market pretty well stitched up, so you don't see many around.
