I've recently been playing around with the demo version of Scuffham Amps' S-Gear 2. I really am loving this amp sim, and I think it outshines a lot of the major commercial amp sims in terms of raw guitar tone (perhaps not in terms of features).
Here's a quick track I recorded yesterday:
Not really asking for a reivew, just want GFSA to know about this software and its capabilities. Perhaps after some more messing around I will write a quick review with a varied range of sound examples.

Nice demo of it here.....

Think I'll be giving this a try. Cheers!

I enjoyed that demo. It's of an earlier version of the software though so didn't include the Custom '57 amp. It's one of the best in my opinion, simple controls and when you push it it breaks up nicely, as a tube amp would do.
Also since that demo, the impulse loader has been upgraded and tweaked.

Another very useful video. If you are going to use this software, then this is really really good stuff to know!

A little late I know, but that sounds awesome.
I really liked the original S-Gear, it became my main lead amp plugin (or was it rhythm; it's been a while.)
