Nope. Never has.
Yes, there are women who play, and play well. However they make up a small percentage of players. And no, it's not because they are not being marketed to, it's more because
generally it doesn't appeal to as many of them and, even when they do, they are for some reason less likely to become as obsessed with playing as their male counterparts.
