Funny, after many listening tests I actually switched my order to a Cannibus Rex! It's smooth, very smooth, it's highs are rather tame, giving it a vintage blues/rock 'n roll feel, breaks up pretty early, and very efficient volume. But for heavy rock I'd go with something like a Reignmaker or Wizard if you're using humbuckers, bright and cut through the mix of a band.
