Round the edges of the guitar body
21Fretter
I am wondering if it would be a lot of effort to round the edges of the body? I imagine if the guitar had a paint finish this would be a lot more of a mission but with being clear coated, can I simply round them and clear coat again?

You could, but would have to match the colour of the "clear" coat as different finishes have different, but subtle tints. Your top layer of wood will also have darkened - if you match the colour of the finish to compensate for the newer, paler wood, you'll find that when the wood darkens again over the next few years, it'll end up too dark.
If it's a polyester, polyurethane or a coalescing water-borne finish, you'll never be able to blend the line between old and new finish - even if you use the exact same type and brand) as these finishes do not soften and melt into the new coats.
So ideally you refinish completely...

? If your guitar has a laminated top you will mess it up completely!!! Just buy a new one, rather than mess up that one. ?
