deefstes What ended up happening with this issue? Has it ever been resolved. I am still receiving duplicate newsletters ever since back when. I've sort of just ignored it but today I figured I'd come and have a look to see what the last talk about it was. Doesn't look like it ever came to a conclusion.
NorioDS I've looked at it a few times and couldn't figure it out. It works fine when I test it on just a few emails but starts duplicating again when I send to everyone. I may have to rewrite some of that code but just don't have the time to spend debugging code right now :/
NorioDS Finally sorted this out. Turns out the script was timing out and, as such, the scheduler would try run it again. That's why, more recently, you might have noticed more than 1 duplicate newsletter. (Sometimes as many as 4 duplicate newsletters!) Anyhow, I've fixed it to check when last a newsletter was sent and the proof is in the pudding... I only got 1 newsletter today for the first time in a long time! ?
