That does sound pretty rad. Although it does take a whole long time to build an acoustic guitar, and detailed filming would require a camera man, which gets expensive (especially since you'd need him/her there for all of the +-250 hours it takes you to build the guitar).
A cctv set up could catch the events in the workshop, but I'm not sure how fun that would be to watch.
Well, i don't see why a company like Discovery hasn't invested into a show like that, or maybe they have? I reckon it'd get some great hits. A 1 hour show on how a guitar is made, interview the builder, show the process, awesome!
