That certainly has potential - last two chords remind me somewhat of Cornershop - Brimful of Asha...which is not a bad thing ?
Quality is pretty damn good for a phone! Not worries about the playing, rough idea's are usually quite raw (imho).
Now, to develop that idea into a full tune - E.g. : For me, your concept "What kind of world" asks a question that could be answered in the chorus (or a verse/refrain) "If x/y/z...".
I came to appreciate songwriting as a craft/skill after finishing up this free course earlier in the year :
https://www.coursera.org/course/songwriting - (thanks to Adrian & domhatch for the heads-up). Mainly for lyrical development, but he goes through quite a bit of useful info related to all aspects of developing a idea into a tune.
There's a session on now, though you'd be joining in 1/3 of the way in - it would still be possible to get 70% (pass) and more importantly - have access to the week 1 resources, which provide a great structure for developing idea's (Thinking in Boxes).
