In an effort to help me cope with the moderation (and also partly to keep me in line!), Norio and I decided that another mod was required. Our choice was simple - we both immediately thought of the same person. He is here on a daily basis, has a balanced and mature attitude, is well respected by everyone and has already been doing great work with the Weekly Challenge. So we approached him and he (foolishly) agreed...
