One potential deal-breaker is the fact that if anything goes wrong there is no local representation. Shipping to and from the US will be prohibitively expensive and time consuming.

Had mine for about 12 months now but using a Rocktron midi controler with it as the 101 cant justify the price.
How does the Rocktron compare?

Not sure how the international support is from the US but I got my Ultra from G66 in Germany (a friend got it for me that side) and when the rotator knob on my Ultra broke, they sent me a replacement for free. The unit even under warranty anymore.
I'd hope everything related to Fractal Audio is still THAT awesome!
I'd be happy to pay for the parts. I was just glad they didn't mind getting the part installed by someone else
