Hey guys: here is a new song from my New(ish) band: OhGod! We are a four piece instrumental proggy/post rock band based in CT This is the latest demo track: Alter of Apollo I recorded and mixed the whole thing, the guitars n bass n mix were done at home in my bedroom studio and the drums were recorded elsewhere on an electronic kit and mapped to Superior Drummer Hope you enjoy it. I have yet to hear it on anything else besides my monitors, so please let me know how the mix sounds on your systems ?

DrGonzo

Hey ShibbibilyBOB

YEs indeed that was our inaugaural show at Mercury supporting Poverty!
Ja that was a really cool show, top notch stuff from Poverty and FCG! Nice way to kick things off!

Yeah man, the other 3 members of the band used to play in a band called Lane Evermore in Jozi yup and they moved down to CT and we changed the sound a little and the name of course to something that was a bit more ridiculous

Next show 19th April at ROAR i believe

Great song , what using for your clean guitar parts, are using artificial harmonics?

DrGonzo

Hi gavin,

Um, nope no artificial nothing… fender supersonic 22W amp recorded with a Sm57…. and various DI'd amp modelled layers.
