Usually, if they don't say solid, that means it's laminated. Manufacturers and sellers tend to shout it out when solid woods are used anywhere.
As per Peter's advise, take a look at the edge of the soundhole. You might have to look from different angles, as some manufacturers are good at lining up the grains as seen from playing position.
BTW - there are laminates and there are laminates. Some are made from good sounding but ugly core wood with veneers to make it look prettier, some are made and used to provide a thinner but stronger piece of wood. Then there are those that are made purely to hide a nasty or completely different species of wood.
IMO if it sounds good it is, regardless of construction. I've played some stunning all-laminate guitars in my time. One thing I will say though, most laminates don't seem to age and mature the way a solid wood will.
