Migrating to Reaper

Sorry guys, I have a megaton of questions about recording these days, but after recording 2 tracks, adding EQ, Compression and reverb, I have used all the effects allowed by Ableton LIve 8, and haven't even started Mastering...
I have downloaded Reaper, but wondered if there was anyway of moving those recordings (before rendering or in WAV) to Reaper, and fiddle with them there, or would I have to re-record?
