I have a 2nd hand Taylors guitar to sell.
I have posted it onto the classifieds section.
I would like any advice as to the price that I should ask for the guitar.
I did a bit of research - someone mentioned that it may be a collectors item - thus I took a photo of the tag - to try to determine if it indeed is a Taylors guitar. apparently, there are 'fakes' on the market.
Obviously, I would like feedback about whether it is indeed a collectors item or not - before I take any offers.
I would be so grateful for any advice in this regard.

I'm afraid it's not worth much - maybe a couple of hundred. Taylors were a cheap importer's brand guitar, most of which have self destructed by now.
Where the confusion comes in is there is a modern, high end brand called Taylor (without the "S"), which are highly desirable and very expensive. Mention Taylors in a group of guitarists and someone will always get hopeful and think you are talking about a Taylor.
