And is Parton going to go around dissing Whitney Houston's cover? No. She WANTS it to sell like hot cakes (which it did).
Agreed, but we're not talking about Whitney and Dolly. I'm talking about most of the Youtube covers....and sure Boyce probably does pay royalties, but does that mean the best way to stay out of trouble is to do a bad cover...
...or pay royalties...
