Anyways, yesterday I did a swop... :?
An Epiphone SG for a Cort G290 and I got a free hardcase 8)
I have never played such a high quality instrument in my life. The electronics and parts on this thing rock!
The quilted maple top has got to be my favourite part of this beauty.

So I think I got quite a good trade there.
The SG was the G400 version and they go for about R4500 I think, and in return I got a R7000 guitar and a free hardcase!
What a bonus!! ?

Hahah that guitar jumped R500 in value very quickly ?

I have a cort in this range, may have been slightly earlier, and a more entry level model.
If I am correct, at the time, the equivalent to your guitar was the s2900 (I had the s2550) and the s2900 was like my dream guitar. There were a lot of them in this awesome greenburst and they were beautiful.
