I came across Live in Japan (CD + DvD pack) in a second hand store about three years ago, on whim I picked it up thinking "how bad could it be...?" :?

i have a few of their albums. the one with the lizard's eye on the cover - it's eponymous, i think - then 11:11, which disappointingly has an sabc3 logo on its cover, and area 52, which is a bit of a departure from what they normally do, just los dos of them. nonetheless, i dig all three of the albums. really solid work, two of my favourite tracks are tamacun and, i suppose unsurprisingly, diablo rojo. there's supposed to be a new album coming out next year...
not bad for a coupla metalheads from mexico city eh?

Sheer talent aside, two of the things I really enjoy about their work is the way they take a variety of influences and make them work so well, and the sheer enjoyment and abandon in the way they play live. They mean and feel every note. Class.

It's good Stuff. On the first Album, Gabby gives quite a bit of insight into her playing style on the DVD.
