hello there, the reason this is kind of a clip is because it's only done on guitar pro, I've just finished writing it and haven't recorded the parts on guitar yet.
I'd like to hear people's opinion please. This is something I wrote out of a long standing desire to give students who are starting out an enjoyable song to start off on, and at the same time let them
experience theory; The reason being that theory was hammered into my head slowly, painfully and over a long period of time (looong), and I'd like to impart it in a more pleasant, relaxing way.
This piece will obviously come with diagrams, explanations and all that, and the material dealt with is all very elementary (I had to keep redoing it, keeping in mind that it is actually a beginners piece). It's designed for people to play in a group, mixing up the parts, and making their own variations, basically jamming, and learning the basics of score reading, scale, intervals, chords, rhythmic patterns, modulation, dynamics, different positions, pentatonic scale and ornamentals.
So what I'm asking is, if you were starting out, would you want to play this in a group?
