Hi Gang
Im trying to get my hands on a Rode NT2 condensor mic.
I know at the end of 2007 they were going for about 2,400 cash.
Just got off the phone with a retailer (Tempo Musiek) in PE and was rather dissapointed to hear that
they are now over R4,000.
muz.co.za are selling them for R3,000 and delivery is included. How reliable is this company, has anyone had experience
dealing with them.
Should I hang on before I buy, to see if perhaps the retailers will lower prices to survive , in a time where nobody is buying
because of the heavy rise in prices. Then again, will it get worst?
Should I consider buying the same mic 2nd hand, as there are a few online.
Any comments/ suggestions / advice are welcome

I'd definitely consider s/h at the moment - I've seen quite a few good Rode mics going fairly cheaply recently. On CT Gumtree I've seen a NT1000, an NT2 an NTV and even a K2 in the last few days. Sadly no NT5 pairs (which I'm looking out for).
