DrGonzo

Hey again!
Do you guys use any one stop (basic) accounting and invoice/quote services like Quickbooks etc. like a web based services or apps?

If so which and why? I am getting a bit of freelance work lately and want to be able to generate nice looking invoices and do basic accounting/ just manage my projects and finances easier!

www.FreshBooks.com was very good last I used it. You might also wanna check out SnalBill.com (ZA company).

DrGonzo

Thanks man.

I will have another look at Freshbooks. I really dont want to be paying a hefty monthly subscription at this stage, so free or very cheap is what im looking at.

that SnalBill.com? doesnt seem to exist. did u spell it correct?

NorioDS

LOL! Sorry! SnapBill.com

If you don't want to pay a lot, both have free packages. Limited but might be enough for what you need.

I far prefer FreshBooks but it doesn't have any local payment gateways.

Hey...I am currently working at creating a very simple invoicing tool... what would you classify as a "hefty monthly subscription"? Still in the conception phase, so ideas about pricing would be awesome ?

DrGonzo

Umm hefty i would consider anything over $15 per month. which is not really that Hefty. but for me, at this stage it is.

Cool man, would be interested to try it out when its done!
