I decided to use one of his designs, since all the templates were already done - making life a little easier.
Murray had some fantastic pieces of wood to choose from, and I settled on building a guitar from African woods only.
Body: Kiaat
Top: Imbuia. This is actually in incredible piece of wood. Not the typical dark Imbuia, and it has the most fantastic texture
Neck: Sapele Mahogony
Fretboard: Ysterhout
