So... a buddy of mine (does sound at church) has been inspired to learn to play guitar... so he looked at cash crusaders and the music shop here by us... and showed me pics of some guitars the guys recommended... they also said he could plug the guitar straight into a surround sound system ??? I plugged my guitar straight into my hi-fi to show him it was a bad idea...lol... and then I said that we should take it slow and find something second hand that would be cheaper and prob better than the guitars they showed him.

Got it for just over 50% of its new price... and it's practically brand new...
Organised a line 6 floor pod for a VERY decent price... He doesn't want to be heard while he is practising for now, scared he will scared his wife and kid... hehe... Will pic up the floor pod either tomorrow or sat...
Total price... under R2000... and semi decent gear to start with.
