Hey, have any of you had dealings with A1 Sound?

Had a look at their website and seems as if they are ready to rock. ???

I contacted them and they seem like a bunch of idiots, passing me on to someone else each time. Each person I spoke to knows less than the previous one! >☹

Anything I enquired about they never had in stock although you can add an item in the shopping basket???

Unless anyone has had good dealings with them - STAY AWAY! I bet if they have anything in stock is's fake. Too suspicious for my liking.

    I have actually dealt with them in the past, they have moved to a bigger shop with a guitar and amp department up stairs, however i would not buy anything from them that I have not held in my own hands and inspected it, and I just feel that if I need to buy something more expensive and there is a possibility that a warranty could come into play I'd rather look at a different shop, but thats just my view.
      The stuff that i have enquired and bought from them was most definitely not fake!
      however, even though their website says in stock, phone to make sure they have stock as its not kept locally.
      i havent been in their physical store, so cant tell you whats on hand there.
      the biggest complaint i have with A1 though, is that very rarely do their prices compare with their website! it always ends up being more expensive.
