Does anyone know anything about these guitars? Especially the Parkwood Pw310m. Is it a decent guitar for a beginner? ? If this thread wasnt made on the correct section of the forum please just move it to the right place ?

Tricky business buying your first acoustic. Not saying that's not a good guitar for the price, but I would personally point you in the old tested direction of a second hand Yamaha, Washburn, Takamine or Ibanez as a first guitar. But more importantly go to a couple of shops and try a few out, and pick the one that feel the most comfortable.

Also have a look at Tanglewoods as they punch way above their price!

The Parkwoods are very decent guitars. Cort's more upmarket acoustic line. I think the 320 usually goes in the region of R4 - 4.5K, so it's a very good price on a guitar that is already very good value-for-money.

Just after Bothner's started with the blowout sale, I tried to get one of the 520 Parkwoods (auditorium body shape), but they were already gone. ☹

i couldn't go to a guitar shop myself and try other guitars because theres no guitar shops near the place i live and i dont have a proper car to do long distance travelling ?
