Big-Lou
Hi There. I am no Luthier, but I am a good handyman and an excellent woodworker with a question if anyone can help. I picked up this 12 string Washburn with a ripped off bridge. I got a new bridge (the bridge placement pins does not correspond) and know basically where to place the bridge, but the saddle is slanted and I am not sure which point on the saddle to use for my measurement, left, right or center. I do not want to spend all the time and effort to end up with a guitar with a problem on intonation. Help!

All strings actually go a little sharp when fretted, so you need to compensate for this. So take the precise double of the scale to the 12th fret and add 2mm on the treble side and 5mm on the bass (or 3.5mm between the D and G strings).
