I'd say go for #1 without a doubt (If its THE most beautiful guitar in the world for you, it should be the one? The Gretch will ad a tonal diversity to the current herd)
I dig both your MIJ Tele and Tremonti SE. Both great axes by all standards. From your list I would be most tempted by the SG (preferably Gibson std. or MIJ Tokai) I find traditional Les Paul shapes a little too uncomfortable to play + your Tremonti has a similar vibe already. (Assuming the SG and Tremonti are not too similar sounding...)
