HI guys
Just done a Charvel cx692, HSS configuration.
Just tryna figure why output is so low when in position2 on the 5-way (bridge and middle together)
Any thoughts or remedies. ???
The position 4 (middle and neck) is okay.

Is the bridge not out of phase with the rest of the pickups? Is it fine in pos 1?

Position 1 is fine.
If the middle pup was turned around when reassembling (they are not normal single coils, and have no indication of which way round to insert it), could that be the issue? I remember puzzling over this at the time . . . .

Nope. Just swap hot on ground on the bridge ?

3 wires on the bucker . . . white, red, and braided ground.
Wired white and ground together, and red to hot. (I only got a reading on the pup between the red and ground, nothing in all other configs)

The bare wire stays ground. Swap red and white around and you should be good to go!!
