AlanRatcliffe Not really what I call prog rock, but pretty good nonetheless! And the vocalist can sing.
lindsmuse What is it Alan? I got this from my brother and he is a Prog Rock freak so I thought this was Prog Rock ...

Isis If you like Caligula's Horse you might want to check out these bands as well. = Also an Aussie band. This is such a powerful song. = Little more screaming, but still pretty good.
lindsmuse I'm trying to listen but I have a terribly laggy internet at the moment but we are sorting it out, Yes - I have listened to a Karnivool number - may have been this and I really liked it. My brother (in Oz) linked me to them and is linking me to others (Arcane, Quandary, Unitopia, Hemina.) you may have heard of? He reckons he has seen Arcane a few times - with other bands , for $15 ... says it drives him crazy - all the talent shows with people singing other people's songs when you have this stuff ... I am personally totally hooked on the Drones - also Australian - but different genre - have posted before - here it is again. =
DrGonzo Karnivool have become one of my favourite bands lately. Notably Sounds Awake - cant stop listening to that album! they are uber technical but you hardly notice it, which means that it is placed really well and is accessible to non musicians and musicians alike. New album Assymetry is pretty rad too, but sounds awake is a winner! (by the way i messaged them asking them to come play in South Africa and they said they are really keen they just need to find the time and the right fest/ venue to play at here!) 8)
