I’m getting tired of looking at Strats so calling all Telecasters of GFSA! As long as you own it and it has a Tele shape you are more than welcome to post here! Can't believe there isn’t a thread for Telecasters, what’s the matter with you people? Nice price, black bound is so smart. How does she play and sound?

Well Stud, I finally got her home, cleaned up and oiled the fret board, put on a set of XL110's and fired her up. Eeeeee...too nice - 'Maningi Nice' as they say here! Very different from my old '68, a definite difference in output between the front and rear pick ups but a beautiful blend in the middle position and the rear pickup is good too. The neck and fret board feel quite like my Strat. I'm very happy indeed. She's really smart looking too!

I can well imagine. Superb find, Enjoy! (I wouldn't be surprised if that Jap tele starts getting preferential treatment)

NGD! Not of pure blood as the horses shown in these stables... Since this thread has been started I have been GAS'n for a tele. That dream came true but due to available funds I had settle for a SX vintage with a butterscotch(Cotch) colour. Not well put together on the finishing end but ooooh that neck! divine. Wanted to mod but that will be postponed for now. Apologies for pick quality
