+1 practice something that throws you off your game and causes you to focus on getting it right!
There's a cool reggae rhythm lesson on the youtubes by a guy called Tuff Lion. He's a well renowned reggae rhythm guitarist and artist and goes through the basics of that off beat and stuff. Worth it to check out.
