Somehow ICM, you've managed to tweak godwin's law in the first post of a thread - well done :goodtimes:
Valid point ? ???
Thought the kings would be better to be honest, not to be
Yeah, I honestly though 3 wins was 3 more than most thought they would get at the start of the season. The most impressive part was the supporters - The kings great attendance figures at home - only bettered by the stormers in 2013!
Of course though, the Kings are not all that bad. Lets for a minute put out the exclusion of the Lions, lets put away the political undertone and lets look at what the team have brought to the South African rugby stable. Their attendance figures have been fantastic and in eight home games fell just short of the 250 000 spectators mark. Only the Stormers in the whole of Super Rugby have had more support than them. Their average of 31 158 supporters per game beats the Bulls (30 075), the Sharks (22 453), the Cheetahs (20 810) and even the Lions 2012 (23 317).
A somewhat Inglorious stat... ?
