Hi everyone, Has anyone bought from Tonerider over the past 2 weeks? I'm just wondering since these new prices are very good. Can it be used or demo pickups?...

I have. The pickups in my tele are from them and I love it. I bought the Pro Series stuff (Marketed as their best) and I'm happy with what I got. I may be tempted to throw a Broadcaster pickup in there a little down the line but at the moment I'm head over heels for my Tele ?

Well I'd prefer vintage maybe hot bridge. Was looking at the GFS "Premium II" Alnico II, Hand Bevelled Strat Set

I know this is like 50% more, but it's significantly better. Made by someone who actually cares about tone, not some factory worker.

Those are nice! Great value for money and they sound really good especially for the price. ?

What pups have you compared them to Chocklit? In person of course.

I can't speak for the strat pups, but I have a set of Reilander P90s and they are hands down the best pups I own.

Within the price range? Fender American standard pickups from an early 2000 model and Duncan designed sc101's. Against a mate of mine's stock Squier strat they were a big step up.
And then against Duncan SSL's in another mates guitar it was apples and oranges... AII's vs AV's. high end vs entry level.
The SSL's sounded "better" to me.

There's a City Limits neck in the classifies here. Neck pickup only though.

I just installed the Zebra Rocksong set to my Vintage Paradise, and WOW, the difference is incredible!!!!! installing better pups to my next guitar will be one of the first things I do next time.

I actually quite like the sound of these scooped mids ftw. Im partial tho read good and bad reviews about both but seems like reilander pays abit more attention to detail

It depends on luck. I've had things arrive within a week, on the other hand it's taken as long as 6 weeks.

Eventually got my Goth explorer sorted.
Left the original pup in the bridge and put a Rocksong in the neck.
I am gobsmacked at the combination. Absolutely amazing! :?
