Hey sorry to hijack the thread but that clip is from a German movie called Downfall. The guy who plays Hitler is Bruno Franz, his performance is beyond stellar and the movie is excellent, an absolute must see if you haven't! If I remember correctly it is one of the few movies that ever got a 10/10 review from Barry Ronge.
