yes i teach bass in jhb area.... i mostly teach players already in bands who want to play better ...

although i'm known these days as a world fingerstyle guitarist , my experience as a bassist is i studied upright and electric bass , and spent the next 10 years of my pro music career as a session bassist and touring bassist (mostly europe/dubai ) with various bands everything from jazz to funk to rock .... i have also done bass sessions for film soundtracks... and then i migrated into acoustic fingerstyle acoustic guitar where i use my bass player experience to play the bass lines i mix in with my chords and melody to give me my style...but i still teach bass, and do bass sessions

i currently teach quite a few bassists , in various styles... and can teach you basic theory , how to construct basslines , and teach you walking lines, bass chording, bass soloing and slap bass which is applicable to all styles...
