Effects loops and Volume pedals

I have a Laney Cub 15 half stack, and currentl i run my line 6 pod in the fx loop. But I want to get rid of it due to it taking up space along with my Nova Drive and Korg Tuner. So now i want to get a volume pedal that i can run in the fx loop, but the fx loop runs at line level. I'm looking at Ernie Ball JR VP's. Which one should i look into taking to place directly after the fx send. the 25k, 250k or 500k? and what other VP's should I look at that would help me with this set up?

Line level is low impedance, so the 25K would be the right one.

The EB VP is solid. They still suck tone tho.
