David Baudains, one of the acts on the "International Guitar Night" series of concerts is launching his new album in Jo'burg on June 22nd.

The Bioscope is right next door to the Chalkboard Cafe. Any drinks you purchase at Chalkboard can be taken into the Bioscope.

AAAAHHH! I wish I lived in Jozi! Dave baudains is phenomenal! Such an ear for melody.

He used to play guitar for a band called New Academics, and I am honestly not exaggerating at all when I say that, were it up to me, they'd have won the best album Grammy for each of the two albums they released.

I've been watching his solo tracks on youtube a lot over the last year, and can safely confirm him as one of my very favourite guitar players.
