Malkav
They also do some interesting hybrids, for instance in this version of Peruvian Skies they start off with what I was told is a Pink Floyd song, go into their song, then somewhere in the end bit it becomes a Metalicca song, and then back into Dream Theater ?

^Note the above also contains an incredible solo, John Petrucci is one of those players who in my opinion really knows how to use a wah.
=
Or how about Dream Theater with some of Marillion doing one of their tracks?
=
Mayhaps you'd like to see John Petrucci on stage with one of his heros? Steve Howe of Yes playing the Yes track Starship Trooper, why yes I think you would indeed enjoy that ?
=
They did an entire album of covers as well - This is my favourite track off of it though cause I'm a big King Crimson fan as well ?
=
And what's this? Kansas, Queen, Journey, Pink Floyd, Dixie Dregs and Genesis all rolled into one? My oh my! ?
They've actually done tours where for a certain theme they may do covers for fun, I'm fairly certain they did an entire Iron Maiden album as the opening act for themselves on the anniversary of it's release or something - Didn't tell anyone, just did it, and they've done similar with Metalicca and Pink Floyd and others.

Heck here's a video of them covering Pantera's Cemetry Gates with the singers of Symphony-X and Fear Factory, and Dave Mustaine pops in for a bit at the end ?
