Did a few "mods" to my Loverock.

I made a couple of mods to my Loverock this week.

Bridge pickup - Dimarzio Super Distortion

Neck Pickup - Dimarzio Tone Zone.

Both pickups are high output and gives my amp a kick up the ...

After looking at the black pickups I decided to convert the wholr gtr to black.

I like the new look.

??? That's a pretty potent combo. Especially a TZ in the neck. The word "shitkicker" springs to mind.

I saw and heard this guitar one night last week . It looks and sounds superb . I had an opportunity to give it a whirl too . Its strung with .11 to .49's . First time I played with 11' s. Felt nice and comfy to play !

Demo'ing the versatility and mix of the pick up combination , Peter played lots of killer rock stuff , as well as some 'softer' stuff . ( AC/DC , Led Zep , Queen , CCR , Pink Floyd and much more ) through a KPA ( Kemper ) .
Nailed the tonez ( ... and ALL the riffs ? and ALL the solos ? ! ) 8)
2.5 hours felt like 10 minutes :'(

lol, so true...time flies when you're having fun & listening to someone play your favourite riffs.

The guitar sounds and looks killer!

It's HOT, the Input light on my KPA clipped on every Profile, my KPA had not experienced hotter pickups than these before. ?
