Went to the PO earlier to send off some gear I've sold and while I was there they brought out a parcel that had just arrived but they hadn't sent me notification yet (you've got to love living in a small town).

...box full of DiMarzio pickups to review! ?
Included are:
- a set of Area series noiseless single-coils (with two different bridge pickups to try): 2X Area '58s, 1X Area '61 and a Virtual Vintage '54 Pro
- an Air Norton to try in the neck of my humbucker guitar
- two CRL 5-way switches and two matched 250K pots to set up two identical pickguards (to compare the Areas against some Kinmans)
There is another parcel on it's way with an Area T Tele bridge pickup to try. It's sitting at customs at the moment (who want me to furnish an invoice for something I was not charged for - go figure).
