AlanRatcliffe Anyone who knows which side of a soldering iron gets hot can do it - it's only five wires in total (two from the capsule into the transformer and three out to the socket). Usually it's just one of the two wires coming loose from the capsule (from twisting it). Takes 30 seconds to fix. The capsules do eventually die on 57s and 58s - but it takes years of abuse to kill them. ?
